Interior Procurement Consultant (FF&E/OS&E)
Job Description

This role entails the procurement of interior-related supplies for luxury hotels and similar establishments. Specifically, it involves serving as an agent for selecting and procuring furniture, fixtures, art, and equipment on behalf of clients. Responsibilities include managing budgets and coordinating/negotiating with various stakeholders for interior-related equipment procurement projects awarded to the company. Stakeholders encompass a diverse range, involving numerous consultants, designers, and operators participating in each hotel project.

What’s special about this role?

This position provides a chance to engage in the spatial coordination of buildings. As an interior procurement consultant, you gain experience in crafting luxury hotels and other hospitality spaces. Individuals with expertise and experience in interior design, as well as those from diverse backgrounds such as trading, retail, and logistics, can effectively apply their skills in long-term and large-scale projects.

Eligibility Requirements

(Required)

  • ・Individuals passionate about hotel space, restaurants, travel, and interior design.
  • ・Candidates with business-level proficiency in English/Japanese (daily conversational level is also acceptable).

(Preferred)

FF&E

  • ・Experience in FF&E procurement for luxury brand hotels..
  • ・Background as a buyer in the interior-related fixtures and fittings industry.
  • ・Well-informed about interior design.
  • ・Experience in purchasing and sales for design firms, interior design manufacturers, and contractors.

OS&E

  • ・Experience in purchasing, planning, and selling tableware, restaurant-related fixtures, and hotel-related fixtures.
  • ・Background in store development and planning for hotels and restaurants.
  • ・Experience in procurement for hotels.
