NEWoMan TAKANAWA

NEWoMan TAKANAWA, which opened in 2025 as the centerpiece of JR East’s large-scale urban development, TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY, is a major commercial facility home to approximately 200 stores.

Crosslink managed FF&E and OS&E procurement end-to-end, spanning the entrance, corridors, and other common areas, as well as the back-of-house spaces that support daily operations. This project marked Crosslink’s first engagement as Procurement Agent (PA) for a commercial facility. We selected products that balance the design quality needed to elevate the visitor experience with the functionality required for everyday facility operations.
